Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, stewed, skinless deboned and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small jar pimentos
    salt and pepper
    1 bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Lightly saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Spread into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese over top.
    Bake additional 15 minutes.
