Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. Steero chicken bouillon (instant)
    5 stalks celery, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 7 potatoes, cut into small pieces
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/4 ?? flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put water, onion, celery and bouillon on to boil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add potatoes; continue cooking until potatoes are done.
    Add cheese.
    While it is melting, make a roux with margarine and flour, to thicken.
    Add roux to soup mixture. Simmer a short while; remove from heat.
    Add milk.
