Microwaved Glazed Carrots And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat butter for 30 seconds in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Stir in honey, lemon juice, carrots and potatoes.
    Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap; cook 5 minutes on High.
    Turn dish, stir, cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add salt.
    Cover; let stand 3 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
