Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine zucchini, biscuit mix, onion, cheese, parsley, salt, seasoned salt, oregano, pepper and garlic.
    Add oil and eggs and beat thoroughly.
    Spread mixture evenly in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until top is set.
    Cool slightly and cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces.
    Makes about 30 appetizers.
