Strawberry Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo (soft)
1/2 c. pecans, chopped small
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. fresh strawberries
Preparation

Beat until stiff; fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip.
Spread over crust mixture which is crumbled and in a cake pan.
Place in freezer overnight.
Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
