Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into 3-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High 10 minutes, whisking after 5 minutes.
Whisk again, then microwave on Medium-high for 5 minutes.
Whisk, then let stand, covered, about 20 minutes.
Makes 5 cups.
