Sister Barbara'S Peaches N' Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick melted margarine
2 c. grahan cracker crumbs
4 c. peeled, sliced peaches
1 3/4 c. sugar
pinch salt
2 heaping Tbsp. corn starch
1 c. water
1 pkg. peach (3 oz.) Jell-o
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. cold milk
1 carton (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Stir a scant 1/2 c. sugar into peaches; set aside.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, salt, corn starch and water.
Cook, stirring until clear and thick.
Remove from heat.
Add peach Jell-o.
Stir to dissolve. Allow to cool to room temperature.
When cool, add peaches.
Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy.
Gradually add milk and continue to beat.
Fold in Cool Whip by hand.
Spread one half cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Add all the peach mixture and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
Chill.
Best made a day before serving.
