Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or ground deer meat
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large bag Doritos chips
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1 head lettuce, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain. Then add seasoning. Set aside. Heat Ro-Tel tomatoes. While tomatoes are heating, cut cheese and add to tomatoes. When cheese is dissolved, mix the tomato mix with the meat. Put lettuce and fresh tomatoes into a large bowl. Break up chips and sprinkle over top. Pour cheese mixture over all and serve immediately.
