Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 1/4 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
13 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium bananas, diced
1/2 c. red candied cherries, diced
1/2 c. green candied cherries, diced
Preparation

In mixing bowl, blend sour cream, whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Put into 4 1/2 cup ring mold.
Freeze several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto lettuce leaf-lined plate.
Garnish with more cherries.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
