Pork And Tater Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
10 1/4 oz. can cream of potato soup
1/2 c. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Saute sausage and onion in skillet until well browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in soup, water and mixed vegetables.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
