Peasant Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    8 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    3 c. hot tap water
    4c. (approximately) flour
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Add oleo gradually.
    Add water.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in flour for soft dough.
    Cover let rest for 45 minutes.
    Turn out on floured board and knead.
    Mold into 3 loaves.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise, bake approximately 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Brush loaves with butter last 5 minutes of baking.
