Beef Pot Roast With Gravy: - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rump roast of breast
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. oil
    1 pkg. meat loaf seasoning
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 5 lb. rump roast
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour, put in frying pan.
    Cook meat until flour is brown on both sides in hot oil.
    Add meatloaf seasoning, pepper and salt, then add water.
    Let simmer for 2 1/2 hours, until tender.
    If desired, add vegetables in the last 45 minutes.
