Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
6 tsp. poppy seed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Bone and cut into small pieces. Spread over buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
Mix the soup and sour cream together.
Then spread over chicken.
Crush crackers, mix with poppy seed and spread over soup.
Melt margarine and drizzle over casserole evenly.
Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
