No-Bake Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox
    unflavored gelatine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
    1 Keebler
    Ready-Crust
    graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, mix unflavored gelatine, spices and salt; blend in eggs, beaten with milk.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 10 minutes. Blend in pumpkin.
    turn into prepared crust; chill until firm. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream and pecans.
    Makes about 8 servings.
