Spatzle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    celery, diced
    carrot, grated
    College Inn chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix flour, egg and salt with enough cold water to make a very stiff batter; beat until smooth.
    Drop batter by teaspoons into boiling water.
    Boil until they rise to the top.
    Drain.
    Put in broth, celery and carrots.
    Heat and serve.
