Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 filet chicken breasts
    2 pkg. instant chicken broth bouillon seasoning
    2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. butter
    3 tsp. flour
    2 or 3 green onions
    1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can button mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute chicken in butter until browned.
    Set chicken aside. In skillet, add flour, orange juice concentrate, bouillon, water and mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil; add chicken and cook five minutes.
    Put on platter; add oranges and green onions.
    Serve with rice.
