Pineapple Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange or lemon flavored jello
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed or chunky pineapple
    2/3 c. finely grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water.
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add enough water to remaining juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add to dissolved jello.
    Add pineapple, carrots and nuts (horseradish, if desired).
    Spray a 6-cup mold with Pam and pour in.
    Chill several hours; unmold onto serving dish.
