Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
10 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Add flour, salt, shortening, eggs and water.
Make dough into a soft ball.
Roll out on a floured surface; let stand for 20 minutes.
Cut into small squares; put in chicken broth.
Cook until tender.
