Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 large diced onion
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta or American cheese
Preparation
    Cook bouillon cubes, water, onion, potatoes, celery and carrots for 20 minutes in a large pot.
    Add package of frozen mixed vegetables.
    Mix the soup with 1 can of water.
    Add to pot. Add the cubed cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Be careful; soup burns easily.
