Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. shredded coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add the egg and vanilla.
Cream well. Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
Drop by teaspoon of mixture into remaining coconut and form into 1-inch ball until it holds its shape.
Repeat until entire mixture is used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
Cool.
