Green Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 heads bibb lettuce
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
12 thinly sliced radishes
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Make salad dressing using lemon juice, oils, seasonings and garlic.
Shake well to mix.
Wash and dry lettuce; break into bite size pieces.
Roll in damp paper towels and refrigerate until serving time.
