Snow Peas With Sesame - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. snow peas (about 1 qt.)
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
    2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Place snow peas and carrots in a strainer.
    Set the strainer in the sink.
    Pour boiling water over vegetables for about 1 minute, then pat dry.
    Place vegetables in a medium size bowl and stir in orange rind, oil and seed.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
