Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. whole milk
    2 whole eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. stale bread, cut in cubes (crust removed)
    1 1/2 c. milk (can combine evaporated and regular)
    1/4 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla.
    When smooth, add bread cubes and 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Stir in raisins, if desired.
    Pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon-sugar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
