Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda and salt.
    Cream shortening.
    Add buttermilk and yeast (makes a sticky dough).
    Roll out on floured surface and cut in rounds.
    Place on greased pan.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
    Can be frozen.
