Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 c. warm milk
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter or shortening
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 to 8 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in warm water.
Let sit 5 minutes.
Stir in warm milk, 2/3 cup sugar, shortening or butter, salt, eggs and 3 cups flour.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
