Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon or mackerel
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix salmon or mackerel, pepper, egg and flour in a large bowl. Spoon into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
    Serve immediately with rich and brown gravy.
