Sliced Baked Potatoes(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. herbs (fresh parsley, chives and thyme) or 2 tsp. dried herbs
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if tough skin, otherwise scrub and rinse.
    Cut into thin slices but not all the way through (use spoon handle to prevent cutting through).
    Put potatoes in baking dish, fan them slightly.
    Drizzle with butter, sprinkle herbs and salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
