Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fettucine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. light cream (sour cream may be substituted)
1/4 c. butter (preferably sweet)
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions on side panel. While noodles are cooking, beat yolk lightly with fork and add cream. Melt butter in a saute pan. Add cream and egg mixture to melted butter. Simmer slowly. When noodles are done, drain and put in a large bowl. Pour cream over noodles and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.
Toss until noodles are well covered. Add remainder of the cheese and toss.
Serve immediately.
You can also add ham.
