Soy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soy macaroni
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. white sauce
    1/2 c. Melba toast crumbs or soy grits
    1/2 Tbsp. ground garlic
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water; drain.
    Layer in casserole and top each layer with cottage cheese.
    Cover with white sauce, top with Melba toast crumbs or soy grits and bake 30 minutes in moderate oven.
    Serves 4 to 6.
