Cottage Cheese Peanut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese, blended smooth
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts
Preparation

Dissolve
yeast in lukewarm water.
Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm.
Stir
in
honey,
salt, soda, eggs, yeast and nuts. Gradually
add
flour.
Place in greased bowl; let rise until double.
Punch
down;
divide
dough into 2 equal parts. Place in two greased loaf pans and let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Can make into rolls.
