Cheesy Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter or margarine
mustard
4 c. sliced zucchini
2 medium sliced onions
garlic or garlic salt
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dried parsley or 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 can crescent rolls
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in butter.
Cook until just tender. Mix eggs and cheese.
Combine with the zucchini and onion.
Add spices and mix.
