Huckle Buckle Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen) *
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened
Preparation

Cream 1/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar together.
Add egg and mix.
Add milk and blend well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Fold in blueberries.
Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick pan coating.
Spread dough in pan.
Combine remaining sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter to form coarse crumbs and sprinkle on top of dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. **
