Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
Preparation

Beat cheese until smooth; add sugar.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping; blend well.
Pour in pie crust and chill 4 hours.
When ready to serve, top with strawberries or blueberries, if desired.
