Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Grease bottom of 10 x 15 x 1 jelly roll pan and place wax paper over bottom of pan. Grease (Pam). Combine ingredients. Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on no lint towel. Dump cake onto towel and remove wax paper. Roll lengthwise in towel and let cool.
