Crispy Bacon Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled, deveined raw shrimp
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 halved cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 sliced medium onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except bacon.
    Cover. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain shrimp from marinade, saving liquid.
    Wrap each shrimp in 1/2 slice bacon.
    Broil until bacon is crisp.
    Cook marinade down to 1 cup liquid.
    Put in a cup. Serve surrounding liquid with toothpicks for dunking.
    Serves 6. An excellent appetizer or hors d'oeuvre.
