Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
4 pork chops
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (10.5 oz.) can tomato soup
water
Preparation

Butter a large casserole dish.
Layer potatoes and onion in dish.
Brown pork chops in skillet.
Put chops on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix can of tomato soup and 1/3 soup can of water together and pour over chops.
Bake, covered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
