Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 Kraft caramels
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Pet or Carnation milk
    1 (12 oz. size) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    On medium-high heat, melt caramels, milk and sugar until caramels are completely melted, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Dump in chocolate chips and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
    When it cools enough, refrigerate until firm enough to cut in pieces.
