Swirl Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. strawberry milk or red food coloring
Preparation

Combine together first 5 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients.
Beat well with mixer.
Remove two 1-cup portions of batter in separate cups.
Mix cocoa in one cup and red food coloring in the other.
Pour all yellow batter in greased and floured tube pan; add remaining cups of batter, one at a time. Swirl batter gently with a knife.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
