Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. water, chicken broth, wine or juice
Preparation

Grease 12-inch skillet lightly.
Add the chops and brown both sides over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add choice of liquid; reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes.
