Shrimp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. bell pepper
    1 lg. onion
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 sticks butter
    3 lb. peeled shrimp
Preparation
    Chop & saute pepper & onion in butter until tender in a dutch oven.
    Add flour and cook until golden brown.
    Add a quart of water bring to a boil.
    Simmer for an hour until onions and bell peppers disappear.
    Gravy will be very thin.
    Add shrimp & cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes until shrimp is done.
    Serve over rice.
