Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. finely diced apples
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar
    and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients
    and
    stir
    into egg mixture.
    Stir in apples, nuts and
    vanilla.
    Pour
    into
    buttered spring-form tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
    Remove from pan. Top with brown sugar glaze.
