Creole Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rump or round roast
    flour
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together allspice, onion and lemon juice.
    Rub mixture on roast, then pat with flour.
    Brown on all sides.
    Add chopped tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
