Ingredients

2 1/2 c. freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice with pulp
1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
vegetable cooking spray
grapefruit rind (optional)
fresh mint (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium nonaluminum saucepan; stir well.
Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and let stand 1 minute. Stir well.
Place over medium heat; cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
