Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    raisins (if desired)
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook rice and water in butter for 20 minutes, covered.
    Stir occasionally.
    Beat 4 eggs.
    Add milk, sugar and vanilla.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Place in a buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until knife comes out clean.
