Five Hundred Degree Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eye of round roast
Adolph's meat tenderizer
garlic puree
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Season meat with meat tenderizer and put garlic puree on top; sprinkle with pepper.
Place meat on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 minutes per pound.
Turn oven off, leave meat in oven 2 hours.
Meat will be perfectly pink in center and delicious.
