Beer Batter Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beer
    additional oil
    sour cream
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; rub with oil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Crumble next 6 ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Stir in beer.
    Set aside.
    Cut potatoes into wedges.
    Dip in batter and deep fry (375\u00b0 oil) until brown.
