Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. hot peppers (red or green)
    3/4 c. bell peppers (red or green)
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 bottle liquid pectin
    food coloring
Preparation
    Grind peppers with fine blade.
    Mix sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Add pectin.
    Add food coloring. Serve with roast pork or lamb or use as a spread for crackers by mixing with cream cheese.
