Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. broiler, cut into pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    water
Preparation
    Place olive oil in pot.
    Add garlic.
    When garlic is golden, add parsley.
    Add chicken and brown on all sides over moderate flame.
    When chicken is well-browned, add wine, pepper and salt. Cook until wine is almost evaporated.
    Add water and simmer about 45 minutes until chicken is done.
