Moist 'N Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Rice Krispies, finely crushed
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up or breasts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Put cereal, paprika, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag and shake to blend well. Brush chicken on both sides with mayonnaise and put 1 piece of chicken at a time in bag; shake to coat well.
    Place on rack in broiler pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Serves 4 to 6.
