1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, cut into pieces (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar; add butter.
Cut in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pat into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake until crust is lightly brown, about 15 minutes.
